The Big Dogs Are Hiring

Larger dogs spend four times longer in shelters than small dogs.

They’re seen as imposing. Loud. Intimidating.

So to help more of them get adopted, Purina flips the dynamic to put their commanding presence to work.

No more humans picking the pups. ‘Cause starting now…

THE BIG DOGS ARE HIRING.

TEAR-TAB FLYERS

See a job on our OOHs you’d be interested in? Across (human) parks, supermarkets, and street corners, we’ll also plaster tear-tab flyers across neighborhoods. Rip off a tab, scan the code, and get to applying.

The premiere hiring platform for pups and peeps alike.

Here, you can apply to our many roles from actual big dogs looking for actual help, and our hiring manager will sniff out the talent. If you get the job, we move into your house. Forever.

LINKEDIN BECOMES

We keep our LickedIn accounts active. Follow us to see what your future leadership whines about.

Most recruiters that dig their way into your DMs are spam. Ours aren’t. Throw us a bone.

SHELTERS BECOME OFFICES

If the LickedIn application goes well, we will want to meet you really to sniff you out. So we’ve turned Purina’s LA office and partner shelters into our own offices.

Our crates are cubicles, our beds are desks, we even have job plaques. So step right in with a treat for your in-person interview.

(Re: Treat.  This is fully required.)

PURINA SPEED INTERVIEWS

Not near an office? We’ll bring the team to you! Meet your potential bosses in the great outdoors. Perhaps you could throw a ball for us, and perhaps we will chase it and bring it back to you. Then maybe you can throw it again.

We’ll call it our vetting (grrr… vet.) process.

LANDING THE JOB

If you are the best suited for the role, you will be sent a formal offer letter directly from your future supervisor. (HR calls this “adoption papers”. We’re not sure why.)

Along with the offer letter will be your personal onboarding package, designed to ensure a smooth transition into your role.
